Hi,
Try formatting your pen drive in FAT32 using Rufus. Even if you can't format it in FAT32 using the Windows formatting tool, this software should be able to do it.
Once you've formatted your pen drive in FAT32, it should be recognized by your TV because the exFAT and NTFS formats aren't recognized by all devices, in particular TVs.
