Please help my phone doesn't download anything

Hello,

Please help my phone says its compatible with other apps if i try to download them wgat can i do to restore all my google information because it's also not functioning let alone my gmail

Hi,

You can download applications from the Tizen Store if you're using a Samsung Z model phone. For WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, these apps no longer support the Tizen platform.

To access your Google account, you can go online and access it from the Web, as there is no Google app for Tizen.
