Hi,
What's the make of your TV?
If it's a Samsung TV, you can turn off Voice Assistant by going to Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide.
For a LG TV, go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio Guidance to turn off the Voice Guidance feature.
