Pc on but nothing

Hello,

I turn on my pc and all the fans and lights turn on including the gpu and cpu fans. But when I look at my monitor nothing and when I click anything on my keyboard ( keyboard and mouse light were on), like caps lock or number lock, no lights turn on or off indicating their being used. I really need help with this situation did everything but replace parts.
