Lenovo x240 not starting

Hello,

My laptop suddenly just don't start up but the fn green light is always on and f1 and f4 keys are on too. I tried e every possible things on the web but still not working.. Pls help.. I need it for work.. I can't lose all the stuffs in it.

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 86.0.4240.110

Hi,

Try the following:

Unplug the charger and remove the battery
Press and hold the Power button for 60 seconds
Reconnect the charger and the battery
Start your laptop
