Hi,
To restore the Settings icon on your iPhone, open Spotlight and search for Settings. Tap on its icon to access it. Next, go to General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
By resetting your home screen layout, all your icons will be arranged to their default settings and your personal layout will be lost.
