Instagram security breach

Hello,

Hi, i own a instagram account whith the username @*****
I was talking with a client and i was locked out of my instagram account.
When i try to log in it says that there is no accout assosiated with this username or phone number.

The only thing that seems to work is my email address however it is connected with an instagram account that i do not own.

I dont know if it was hacked or dissabled by instagram, but when i checked another device, before i was locked out i saw in my bio written : instagram security breached by a team with the name @55AiF TAeM

Also the facebook page i had connected with my instagram account was disconnected and i have not received any message about my email being changed, or my account being disconected

I tried contacting instagram and not much help

I think your account was hacked. Try following the steps explained by Instagram to recover and secure your account.

Hi, i did not get a message saying that my email was changed so i can not follow those steps

In this case, try following the other steps, such as getting a login link or reporting the account and confirming your identity.

You can also try to recover your account using this recovery page. It will help you to obtain an email to reset your password.

When i try to get a login link using my username or phone number it says : no users found.

How can i report my account

In the Instagram app, select Get help signing in on the login screen. Next, try entering your username or phone number. Then tap Next > Need more help?

If they aren't recognized, try using your email address as it is recognized with another account, but that account may be your current account, just changed by the hacker.
