Lower views on stories

Hello,

So I have around 1.2k followers and they're all organic because I've never bought them or anything like that... Still my views are around 180 people and sometimes even lower... Why is that and how can I fix it? I mean idk whats the minimum i should be getting, but I'm positive it should be a lot more than that
