If your contacts appearing with their correct name on your phone, try logging out from WhatsApp Web by clicking the 3 vertical dots > Log out. Then try logging in again.
In case the problem persists, try using WhatsApp Web from another Web browser. Perhaps your current Web browser doesn't recognize special characters such as emojis.
