Hi,

If you've forgotten the PIN code of the SIM card, you can use the PUK code to unlock it. Don't hesitate to contact your mobile service provider to get further help.

Also, here's an article explaining why CCM doesn't help unlock mobile phones, smart watches or SIM cards.
