Birthday Error

Hello,
So my birthday in Facebook and on Instagram are different for some reason. I've tried synchronizing them but it doesn't work, ever. Also i cant directly change it on Instagram (since that's the wrong one) but i cant because for some reason it says i am born in 2003(i never wrote that) and i am under-aged. I have appealed this so many times via their help center with evidence such as my ID and stuff (it asks me to sent proof) But it hasn't been changed yet. I've been appealing it for nearly a year now. Does anyone have an idea of whats going on and how i can fix it? Thank you very much!

Hello, besides doing what you have already done, there isn't much else you can do I'm afraid.
