Yes your battery lifetime is over. You will have to purchase another battery! The price depends on your laptop model!
my laptop model is compaq presario v6000 dual core processor. i bought this laptop just before 2 year.what is cause for that such a low life time for that baterry

This is caused when you always charge your laptop! A battery can last longer if you use akk the the power up then when you charge it time after time!
