How do I get back into my account?

Over 2 years ago my account came up for review over my name as I was using a pen name and so I took my id, uploaded to my pc, used photo shop to black out my id number and address and then i erased my real name and added my pen name. Now when I log in as I have for over 2 years I receive the message that they are reviewing documents and I will not be able to access my account. I have tried using the disabled account form to resubmit my real id without photo shopping my pen name on to it, just covered my id number and address, but received a message saying I had to log in to see further instructions. Upon logging I see the same message about reviewing documents and only option to log out.

Any one with any idea or clue what to do from here would be much appreciated.

I just want it deleted at this point, the whole facebook system is pointless.
