i can't send my id for disabled form in facebook Closed

my account disable by mistake , then i send my id and passport, then it's re activate, in 1 day, okay, then after 5 days i get same disable for my account, and when i try to send my id again, i get error
i can't send my id or passport, coz temprory error in facebook, not for me, and i wasns't recive any mail or notification for disable my facebook
