Select Account and enter your Yahoo email address. Then select Contact a Yahoo specialist > Abuse and spam > Got a message my account is deactivated > Email a Yahoo specialist.

I already sent an email to yahoo customer care and received the answer i will paste below. From my understanding they did absolutely nothing and looks like they won’t do anything about my problem to undo their wrong.. i had another account disabled recently ( with a similar name, on which indeed there was no activity for a long time now, and that is why i created this account (january 14th, 2020)which they deleted today..) the self service i tried, has no option whatsoever for deleted accounts ????
Is this the kind of email you meant in your reply?
Any other idea what i can do?

That is why i am still trying to recover it .. although at creating new account none of them are available (old and newly disabled usernames are denied for different reasons)
Any idea where to write and complain still?
