Hello all you wise ones,
For the past few days, my WA desktop app has been hanging. My phone WA, which is on the same wifi, is working just fine. After a minute or two the desktop will finally send/receive, or if I cycle my laptop's wifi off and on again it will refresh right away. All other internet function is normal. Upload and download speeds are great. I have tried reinstalling the app - no help.
Any ideas as to what is going on?

Have you tried to do a comprehensive analysis of your laptop for virus files? maybe he is overloaded with them and therefore the connection is bad. try CCleaner.
it could also be a bad router. I also have this situation, everything is ok on the phone, but the Internet is disconnected on the laptop. my provider said that the signal is on, so it's a cheap or old router.

Thank you. I have a Mac. No viruses. All other programs are moving smoothly. Router health I think is indicated by the very fast up and download speeds?
