This is my problem
When i open my Facebook account and disply this issue.

Hello, if you have already sent your ID and other necessary information to recover your account, then you will just have to be patient. The message you are seeing is the message that Facebook sends whilst they are verifying your information.

Typically this can take from anywhere from a few weeks, to even a few months to verify (as they have countless similar requests each day).
