Monitor no display

Hello,
My pc a week ago got complaint the cpu light blinking and going no fan is rotating and i have an external graphics card so i thought it's
motherboard's complaint so i replaced it with new one after that also same complaint is showing so i removed the graphics card try to start cpu every fan led light is working perfectly. But when i connect monitor with hdmi port of motherboard there is no display why?

Did you get the solution? I faces a issue of lag when ever i open a novel reading site. I don't know its because of adobe or any other extension
