Hi,
If you're trying to get your account back using the Trusted Contacts feature, select No longer have access to these? on the recovery page, enter your email or phone number, then click Reveal my Trusted Contacts and type the full name of your chosen contact.
Once you've a recovery link, send it to your trusted contacts and ask them to open it. Then, they'll need to provide you the security code generated by the link so that you can access your account.
