Error in instagram prevents sending of code

Hi.
I am from Brazil.
I have a problem that even instagram doesn't seem to know what's happening. I'm trying Facebook support for companies but so far to no avail.

Every time I login to my instagram account desired my login and password, I go to a two-step verification window. When I click to send the code to my phone there is an error in the network to try again. As the code is not sent, I cannot access my account. I've already tried to reset access via the link to send a new password, but an error still occurs.
