My Facebook was hacked

Hello,
My fb account was hacked the hacker changed my email address and also my phone number on account. I have no access to get back into my account I tried to report it to Facebook nothing comes of this.
I had to open a new facebook account, but now this hacker making use of my old account updating pfp and I boxing my friends and trying to scam them in investing money into a scam
