I can't log in.

After initializing my phone, I lost all my security code and recovery code, so I can't log in. I sent an e-mail by pressing a request for support, and they told me to send a picture of a number stamp. Then an hour later, an e-mail came saying that the second level of authentication was canceled, but it still pops up to enter the number through the authentication app. Is there a solution?

Hi,

Try closing the Instagram app, restart your phone and then open it. If it still stuck on the authentication screen, try to logging in to your account from the Instagram website. If you can successfully log in from there, then your Instagram app should be unlocked.
