Hi,
We're unable to add your recovery email address, because CCM.net has no connection with Google.
Unfortunately, if you've set the same email as your Google account as your recovery address, it will be impossible to get the recovery code.
I suggest you select Try another way when Google suggests you to use your email address to get the code. Then you can choose another recovery method or answer Google's questions to prove that you're the legitimate owner of the account.
