My fb account disabled Closed

Question

My FB account  was disabled on 14th July 2021.I tried all methods or procedures to recover it.But didnt get any responses from FB.While going through facebook help  Got a e-mail address of facebook's grievances officer for India  and link of a form to submit complanint to the Indian Grievance Officer.If I contact the grievance officer or submit the form will it led me to a legal conflict between facebook and me?(which I dont want at this moment)
