Hello, My Hp Elitebook 1030 X360 G2 won't turn on Unless I remove the Battery and plug it back, why is it like that?

Hi,

Perhaps the battery is damaged or no longer operational.

You can try to remove the battery and power cord. Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds, then put them back and turn on your laptop.

If the above didn't work, you should replace the battery.
