If the above didn't work for you, here are the instructions to recover a Facebook account. They provide different methods that you may follow.
Alternatively, go to your profile page. Click the 3 horizontal dots below the cover photo and select Find support or report profile > Something else > Next > Recover this account.
If you still have access to the email that you registered with your Facebook account, check it to see if there's a message from Facebook allowing you to reverse the email change.
