Changing my login name which is an old invalid email address

For no apparent reason I could find, Facebook disabled all of my business and personal pages. I filled out the form, uploaded my ID and my business is shutdown while I wait. The dialog box said "we may email you". Well... My email address they have that I login with is a 20 year old email address that is no longer valid. So if they try to send it there, they can't reach me. Any ideas?
