I am locked out of FB and unable to access my account because I'm not receiving emails from Facebook. Its not my email provider as I have tried updating my email with my wife's email and still nothing. I have no access to my account whatsoever

Hello, if you haven't received your Facebook Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Facebook support page if you created your account with a mobile device.

Unfortunately I have tried all these things already.
I have checked and double checked all folders that it may have accidentally been sent but there is nothing. I tried clicking on the submit form link but it automatically brings me back to my locked out FB page saying a confirmation code has been sent. Any others ideas ?
