Hello, if you have an ethernet cable, and can connect a computer or laptop to the internet with the ethernet cable, do this to check that there is an internet connection coming from your router.
If there is an ethernet signal, then it shows that the WiFi is the issue. To be able to help you better, could you answer these questions: Who is your ISP? And what type of router / wifi box are you using?
