Hello,

I am shenna I recently encountered that someone using my account and he/ she deactivated my account and now I no longer can open my Facebook account can you help me?

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 89.0.4389.105

Try going to this page to report to Facebook that your account was hacked.

You can also try the methods in this article to recover your account.
