Hi,
When Google suggests you to use your phone number to get the code to reset your password, click Try another way and answer to the questions as best you can to prove that you're the owner of the account you're trying to recover.
Then, when Google needs you to give them an email address so they can get back to you, enter another email address to which you've access. For additional help with the recovery steps, you can refer to the following article.
