Hi,
When you see the white screen, press at the same time Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. There, select File > Run new task, type regedit and click Ok.
In regedit, go to:
Select the Winlogon folder. In the right pane, double click on Shell and enter explorer.exe in "Value data". Click Ok, close regedit and restart your laptop.
