To block photosensitive videos on TikTok,
- Go to the Me tab,
- Select the 3 dots > Accessibility,
- Turn on the Remove photosensitive videos option.

Is it solved now? If not, disable and enable again the previous option. You may have to wait a few minutes for the change to take effect. Restart also the app.
