Login to FB without SMS

Hello,

FB is requesting a verification via SMS. I do not have a cell phone, only a landline. How do I get into FB?

Hi,

Do you have an option like "I don't have the phone number" or "Use another method"? This will allow you to use your email address to get the code.

If you don't have such options, try following these instructions to recover your Facebook account.

Thank you for your help. yes, I have an email address, but FB is asking for a SMS not email. I am shut down. FB thinks this is a scam, it is not a scam.

Yes, I tried, but I didn't get anywhere. I am not computer savvy.
