Does anyone know how to actually contact Cisco outside of their trouble cases. I have paid over $1000 for On Demand learning and it will not launch, it keeps giving and error saying the server is down. Reached out by trouble ticket and received the response that they have occasional server maintenance but this has been the case for the last five times I have tried to use this service in the past 3 weeks.
