Hello,

Yes, hi I was given a Samsung Galaxy s 9+ and it was factory reset and I have know idea or even close to knowing who had it before me or their information, my prior phone was stolen so this is the only phone I have to use now! I have kids and can't be without a phone yet I can't afford to get another one help me plz!
