What is the model of your GFive tab? In the meantime, I will give you a general answer.
I suggest you check the sides and the top of the tab to find the SIM slot. If you can't see it, you may need to remove the back cover to find it inside.
Before removing the back cover, make sure your tab supports cellular technology and that it is possible to remove it by yourself.
