My personal account was disable plz help me

Dear facebook team,
I found a content from you tube video link, there was some kind of videos as usual, i mistakenly tapped on it and after that my account had been disable at that .
After that i try to forgot my password but i am unable to do it.
My facebook accounts has was disabled for violations of facebook community guidelines.
I have gone through the terms and services i feel that haven't violated any of guidelines it was a false deactivation .
