My Facebook account has been locked

Hi Facebook team, when we try to login into my Facebook account but it's showing your account has been locked
It says confirm your identity with uploading your ID but we have added
phone number and Gmail account both whith my Facebook account. Therefore
I request you to give me some other option to recover my Facebook account.

Give me the option with any email code, otherwise give the option with phone code. I am the owner of this account but? I do not have identity proof. Please Give me the code option.
