My account has been disabled due to child report

Hi ! My account has been disabled by child report , when I click on help center and then I click on "contact us" button and there i filled the form with full information but when i click on sent button then there error showing " could not accept your request please try again later". I tried it everywhere but still this error is showing I'm so help less please somebody help me to get rid of this issue .Thanks

Hi,

According to your screenshot, there's no internet connection with your 4G network. Can you try to send the form with WiFi instead? If you haven't tried yet, clear your browser's cache and cookies.

If you still can't send the form, you've said that you tried with different devices. If this is the case, then I suggest you wait a few hours. Facebook may encounter issues with their servers.

Yeah i wait for 3 days already but still when I fill any link any form for disabled (child reported) account then there showing "could not accept your request" everywhere this error is showing .this error is showing for my email only not for others email .I'm so sad because alot of data in my account . Please suugest something and help me

It sounds like your email address was restricted by Facebook. Try with your phone number in case your registered one to your account.

I didn't Link any phone number with that account

Did you get the same error if you try with the Facebook app? From your PC?
