Is there a way to report a tiktok problem outside tiktok?

Everything between these posts were deleted by tiktok but it's more of the same "Me: Can i get an update? Tiktok: Who are you again?" type stuff

Hi,

Why didn't you try to reset your password? This may be the solution to recover access to your account, as suggested by TikTok. Even if you need to recreate the password, you can just change it slightly.

You can contact TikTok by email if you want. Their email addresses are:

  • To submit your feedback: feedback@tiktok.com


Alternatively, you can use this contact form.

However, I can't guarantee if you'll get an answer knowing that you've reached the maximum number of attempts to verify your account ownership.

A: I like my current password and don't want to change it.
B: I don't think my password is the reason I'm not able to log in.
C: The issue at this point is less trying to log into my account (Although i would like to fix whatever is wrong with that) and more the state of tiktok support. Yes i see the irony of trying to report tiktok support to tiktok.

P.S. yes I've tried using the email as well to no avail.

What I can suggest, is that you open a new support ticket directly from the app to try to talk to someone and explain your situation.
