I can't say if they're your friends or not, but a few times ago some TikTok users had bots that followed them with different accounts, as you can see in this thread.
I don't know if this is still the case, but to find out if you know those followers, pay attention to their behavior. If they comment and like your posts, send you private messages, etc.
If they do nothing, it will be difficult to know who they are...
