Low voices in movies

Hello,
When I play a movie in windows 7 I encounter hi volume effects and verry low volume voices. I am using K-Lite Codecs (last version) and I tried everything to equalize volume on sound effects and voices. For example if there is an hellicopter flying I can't hear anything they say is like having the hellicopter in my house. I would apreciate your help.

I had the same problem with windows 7. For some reason, when I installed the sound drivers, I chose 2.0 sound, but it installed as if it was 7.1. All I needed to do was change it back to 2.0/headphones on the audio device configs.

Hello please re-install the sound driver! or download the exact sound driver for windows 7
