No power to keyboard

Hello,
Please help me out here. I got a new windows vista pc barely a month ago. My problem is there is no power to the keyboard and monitor keeps saying no signal detected. Will be most grateful. Thank you

Hye there must be a power problem. Please contact a technician to see what had happened!
