Primary IDE Maste NOT DETECTED!

Hello,
At first, my computer was giving me "NTLDR is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart ". i managed to fix this problem but now my computer boots with no problem, however, i am trying to format my pc' hard drive which is a sata disk but it isn't recognized. when i try to format the disk, it gives me that no disk is connected to my computer.
