Messenger Active status

Hello.


I have a problem with Messenger. I don't see online friends. I know they are online. I don't even see the time they were online.
I have active status enabled on Facebook and Messenger. I don't see their active status on my mobile or PC. Can you help me?


System Configuration: Windows / Opera 86.0.4363.70

Hi,

In addition to having turned on the active status, your friends must also have turned it on, on their account. If they have turned on the active status too, you may have been blocked.

Hi. My friends (with whom I've already checked this) also have active status enabled. Second part. Do you think Facebook blocked me? Everything works normally for me except the active status. Or has Facebook blocked my active status? If so, can I solve it?

If Facebook has limited your account, you should have been notified. Can you friends see your active status or this is the same for them? What if you turn off your status, log out and turn it on again?
