GTA 5 failed initialization err_gfx_d3d_init

Hello,

I am getting an error when I launch the Game Grand Theft Auto V from Epic Games Launcher (GTA 5 failed initialization err_gfx_d3d_init) . I have tried many solutions but nothing worked. Please let me know how to get rid of this issue.



System Configuration: Windows / Opera 87.0.4390.56
