Hello,
Hello,
When I launch WhatsApp on my PC (Windows 10), I get the following error:
the procedure entry point av_buffer_create could not be located in the dynamic link library
I have tried everything without success.
Finally I noticed that if I run WhatsAppSetup (the installer); it does NOT install but opens WhatsApp..
After that, I have no more problems until the next start!
Who understands what?

Hello,

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp have experienced a global outage. This outage was caused due to a faulty configuration change.

Facebook's services are now back online and you can access them from now. You can see the note written by Facebook about this outage here.

The world knows the real reason behind this outage. It was after that whistleblower thing. Poor employees, they must be so busy erasing the "unwanted" data ????

So, if I am not the only one; there is hope that it is a bug and will be correct soon.
In meantime, download the installation file WhatsAppSetup.
Do not uninstall the version on your PC
Make a shortcut to the installation file WhatsAppSetup.
When you want to start WhatsApp on your PC, run the installation file.
It will not install anything but it will open WhatsApp on your PC without any error message.
Don't worry, be happy

a car that makes a little noise is difficult to repair, but a car that does not run at all is quickly repaired

Same issue here for WhatsApp desktop.
Uninstall and reinstall does not fix it.
I hope WhatsApp team is aware about it.

The recent WhatsApp update seems to have messed up something.

That worked earlier, it is not working now anymore. Even the site of whatsapp is not working.
