Cant login to facebook Closed

Hello, i cant log in to facebook..i work in the US but live in South africa i tried to log in to my facebook in the states but i have to do a 3 step security thing where i have to let them send me a 6 digit code...but facebook only have my southafrican number so i can not get the code because my SA number does not work in the States...i tried using a vpn to place my location in southafrica and tried to log in as normal but it says that i habe logged in to many times and that there is a temporery block on my account and that block is now almos 2 monthes it does not seem to go away...so how can i get access in to my account if it stays blocked and i cabt get a 6 digit code?

Yes i did use the steps then i just had to put my password in but it still sais i have logged in to many times

You may try the following described in this article:

To restore your Facebook account, you can try avoiding making any attempt to open your Facebook account for 96 hours. Also, clear your browser cache, and delete your cookies. In some cases, this may be enough to restore account access.

If you still can't access your account, try confirming your identity.
