Hi,
If you're still signed in to your WhatsApp account on another device, you'll be able to access your chats to check the status of your message.
In case you no longer have access to your account, and if you had an auto backup after you sent that message, try reinstalling WhatsApp on your iPhone.

It isn’t just that. I sent a message which had two grey ticks. Obviously has been delivered, I uninstalled the app an hour later but will the message still be shown as delivered at there end?
